Under the dedicated care of producer Paulo César and family, the farm embraces sustainable practices, preserving local springs and forests. Specializing in Yellow Catuaí and Bourbon varieties, the estate holds the prestigious Denomination of Origin - Mantiqueira de Minas, guaranteeing both the origin and exceptional quality of its coffee lots.
